Pilates helps to improve whole body strength with a particular focus on your core muscle system. It also helps to improve movement control, flexibility and balance. Pilates includes both standing and floor based exercises which is suited to all ages and abilities as the exercises can be adapted to suit any needs.There will be mats provided but if you can bring your own if you prefer.

Be Well Barn offers both private fitness and wellness pods for all our members to enjoy, plus a variety of classes and social spaces to suit your needs.

Wellness Pod

Our wellness pods offer the ultimate relaxation space for you to unwind in peace and find your way to enhance your health. We will offer a wide range of therapies and classes aimed at improving your metal and physical health.

Circuits

Circuits is a full body workout using a combination of resistance training and pulse-raising sessions. Designed to cater for everyone with progressive and regressive options available on each exercise. A great class for improving muscle tone and increasing fitness levels.

Circuits Lite

A very similar class to Circuits but just a more gentle exercise session. This is more suited to those just starting out in their exercise journey or those returning from injury. 

Cardio Blast Lite

A very similar class to Cardio Blast but just a more gentle exercise session. This is more suited to those just starting out in their exercise journey or those returning from injury.

Fitness Pod

Our fitness pods will be the ultimate workout space where you can focus on your own fitness routine in the privacy and comfort of a designated pod. With a range of equipment tailored to promote the latest in sustainable fitness training, our pods will keep you on track to achieve your fitness goals.

Cardio Blast

Cardio Blast is designed to improve your fitness levels by working for a more prolonged period of time, unlike HIIT and Circuits where the intervals are shorter. This class is suitable for all fitness levels, and is brilliant for increasing your overall fitness levels, especially if you are aiming for a training goal or event.

Swimming

We are excited to offer all the invigorating benefits of cold water swimming. Our natural swimming pool will soon be available for wild swimming outside, in the ever-calming environment of the Suffolk Countryside. 

Bodyweight HIIT

HIIT stands for Hight Intensity Interval Training. This means you work as hard as you can for a period of time followed by a period of rest. These sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and are a fantastic way to burn fat, tone up and increase overall fitness levels. 

Bodyweight HIIT Lite

A very similar class to Bodyweight HIIT Lite but just a more gentle exercise session. This is more suited to those just starting out in their exercise journey or those returning from injury.
